About
The Full Story
In 2021, our Chief Executive Officer, Finnan Clarke, introduced a book that focused on the topic of pollution, titled "A Planet Full of Plastic" by Neal Layton. The book resonated with our year three teacher, Mrs Lee Kirwan, who subsequently approached our headteacher to propose that it be the centrepiece of World Book Day. This initiative served as the catalyst for the creation of our company, Plastic Predators, and our mission to combat plastic pollution. Our work garnered attention and admiration within our school community, and we overcame numerous challenges. We organised cake sales and fairs to raise funds, among other initiatives, and persevered through the ups and downs. Ultimately, we remained committed to our cause and continued to our organisation to make a positive impact.
